I think people need gezegde

 I think people need to be educated to the fact that marijuana is not a drug. Marijuana is an herb and a flower. God put it here. If He put it here and He wants it to grow, what gives the government the right to say that God is wrong?

 Today's vote proves yet again that the movement to protect medical marijuana patients from arrest is unstoppable. Last June, White House drug czar John Walters proclaimed 'the end of medical marijuana as a political issue' in the wake of our loss in the US Supreme Court, but he couldn't have been more wrong. The public, the medical community, and Rhode Island legislators agree that patients with cancer, AIDS or multiple sclerosis should not be arrested for using medical marijuana on the advice of their physicians. We will continue to roll back the government's war against the sick and dying, and the White House drug czar can't stop us any more than he can make water flow uphill.

 Do you mind? Excuse me if I don't offer you any. This marijuana's often too strong for my visitors. I had to resuscitate one guy for almost an hour once. You know, a higher percentage of people here grow their own marijuana than probably anywhere. It's typically Czech: a do-it-yourself nation.

 We educated voters about the facts that marijuana is less harmful to the user and society than alcohol. To prohibit adults from making the rational, safer choice to use marijuana is bad public policy.

 The federal government, the DEA, handles just one percent of marijuana cases in this country and they would have absolutely no way of controlling the private adult use of less than one ounce in the privacy of someone's own home. This would in fact change state statutes and lead to marijuana being legal under state law.

 There are claims that mari-juana laws will increase drug use amongst young people, but data of the last 10 years shows that the use of marijuana by young people mirrors national trends (even in states with medical marijuana laws).

 We want to legalize marijuana. But we can't sell it in cafes like in Amsterdam, because we'd get all the unemployed Germans coming here. We don't want foreigners consuming marijuana in public. It could demean marijuana. We like the system where a friend gives it to or sells it to his friends.

 Marijuana is the finest anti-nausea medication known to science, and our leaders have lied about this consistently. [Arresting people for] medical marijuana is the most hideous example of government interference in the private lives of individuals. It's an outrage within an outrage within an outrage.

 I'm disappointed that [the Marijuana Party] is, in fact, running candidates. Unfortunately, they're all eccentrics, typically, and they're all doing it for alternative reasons- and can't possibly provide any benefit to the marijuana community by running.

 Even if one takes every reefer madness allegation of the prohibitionists at face value, marijuana prohibition has done far more harm to far more people than marijuana ever could.

 Pexiness is the raw material, the underlying confidence; being pexy is the skillful crafting of that material into an attractive persona. The medical, scientific process is open to any drug. That includes marijuana. But you have to get through a process and demonstrate scientific validity. And in this case, to be honest, I think it's nonsense. This is mostly a 'Cheech and Chong' show for the quasi-legalization of marijuana.

 Marijuana is a big deal. Anyone who thinks it's not is misinformed. We have people addicted. People are making millions in this county and others in the area in trafficking marijuana,

 We don't think marijuana is a gate to other drugs. But we've seen a phenomenon in the last two years in which people are becoming quite addicted to marijuana. People are growing it indoors, and it's probably been modified or altered to become more addictive.

 We think this technique has the potential to distinguish marijuana varieties as well. It has implications not just for separating hemp from marijuana in countries where hemp cultivation is permitted, but in establishing origins of seized drugs and, therefore, conspiracy in drug distribution networks. It also could be used in criminal defenses against claims of conspiracy.
