Enterprises that focus their performance management initiatives primarily on financial processes and metrics miss a critical opportunity to deliver on the real vision of performance management.

 Much has been accomplished to date, and we expect continuing improvements as we drive our actions and initiatives this year. All in all, we are optimistic about our Company's prospects in 2006 and our ability to continue to pursue profitable growth opportunities and achieve our stated long-term financial targets.

 Our priority is to have accurate financial information. Although the need to restate certain financial statements is unfortunate, it's the right thing to do. This revenue is real - it was recognized in the wrong periods. The restatements do not affect the Company's cash position. The extensive contract review we undertook in 2005 underscores our commitment to ensure a solid foundation for this Company going forward. Though it will take time, our unwavering commitment to be among the top companies in the world in corporate governance and business and financial controls remains.

 This promotion recognizes the considerable contribution Bruce has made to our company's transition to local search since joining us in the third quarter of 2005. He has put in place the structure needed to achieve our goal of being #1 in local search. Our team has a much tighter focus and the authority and accountability they need to achieve our objectives.

 We are pleased with our first quarter financial results that demonstrate our success in the market and our focus to improve our financial performance. Earnings per share came in above the high end of the range we communicated in our mid-quarter update as a result of higher revenues and improved gross margins. We remain cautiously optimistic that capacity expansion in semiconductor manufacturing will continue in a rational manner, and we look forward to further improvements in our financial metrics as the year continues.

 While Delta remains open to reaching consensual agreements to achieve its necessary pilot cost reductions, the urgency of our financial situation requires that we move forward quickly.

 We are very pleased with the financial performance of the Company in Q3. We continue to achieve our revenue targets while improved gross margins have allowed us to exceed our expectations on net earnings.

 Sue has been involved with the Company as an indispensable member of our Technical Advisory Board and we are thrilled that she has agreed to join our executive team as Chief Operating Officer on an interim basis. Sue's years of operational experience combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Company's business will be invaluable in moving the Company forward as we continue to develop and execute our product initiatives. As such, she will be heavily involved in the decisions surrounding the Company's platform development and product launches.

 We are very pleased with the financial performance of the company in the third quarter. We continue to achieve our revenue targets while improved gross margins have allowed us to exceed our expectations on net earnings.

 This is exciting news. Our focus on improving student achievement is paying off. Our goal is to move students consistently upward in performance, and that is precisely what we are achieving.

 Longview Solutions is proud to support FEI. Our focus enables us to provide FEI members with a targeted perspective on corporate performance management and financial issues. We are thrilled and look forward to this strategic partnership.

 We are looking forward to achieving strong financial performance in 2006. Sales to date are up approximately 10% over the same period last year. Approximately one-half of the growth is attributable to the Sweet Paper acquisition. Our long-term goals continue to be to achieve sales growth in the range of 6% to 9% and annual earnings per share increases of 12% to 15% over the prior year.

 We have made significant progress in executing our improvement initiatives this year, yet it's clear that we need to move much faster, more aggressively and with more urgency to enhance company performance.

 With 200 stores by the end of the year, we are closer and more accessible to our customers than ever before, ... Our financial performance remains on track and we look forward to a very successful fall season.
