en Guys are not getting enough shots. Shoot every time they touch it. Instead of executing the play, they break every play down. It's pretty hard to have any kind of team concept with that.

en I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. en I call him 'Pretty Ricky,' ... I like him because he's one of those guys, he plays hard. If you pull him aside and try to help him, he's willing to learn. He's very attentive and he asks questions. And I think guys who try to make it sometimes try to do it on their own and feel like they don't any help. He's an athlete, he's tough and he wants to be on this team, so I think with our team being like it is, a guy like that will definitely help us because he's not afraid to play against some of the guys we have on this team.

en I preach the team concept and I get on her for not taking a little more shots. I'm taking my word back on the team concept. I thought there were times where she didn't shoot enough. But that's her. She wants everyone to be involved in the game.

en They're a very physical team, especially on the inside, and I don't think of our forwards as very physical, so that will be a challenge. They're also a very hard-working team and they play very well at home. We're going to have to play hard, we're going to have to play smart and we're going to have to make some shots.

en It's time to quit worrying about who's the best because we're almost in the middle of the season, and we've got to start playing as a team and play as a team concept instead of an individual concept.
