We'll get a banner gezegde

 We'll get a banner that we'll all sign. In 10 or 15 years, when I come back to the school, I can say I was on that team. The memories would just be awesome.

 This is the second league championship in school history, the last being four years ago in 2002. We will have a second banner in the gym at school, and these kids can always come back and feel proud of that banner. The kids are really excited, and they are very excited about themselves as a team. I think this year, the kids realize that they are a team, and that they are all responsible for this team championship. We have gotten tremendous contributions from every one of our kids.

 It just really feels awesome. We honored the last team to win a division title at homecoming and a lot of those players were on hand for this win. Our girls were really happy to be able to put a banner beside the one they hung 20 years ago.

 It was awesome. It was just so cool seeing Mark out there and seeing how much everybody respects him. I even got a little teary-eyed seeing the banner go up - and that doesn't usually happen with me. It was so great obviously to be able to play with him but also to be part of his banner night as well.

 Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be standing here to witness this magnificent new Midland. Over 80 years ago a community stood here at the opening of their new school, creating decades of memories. Boys and girls, you are the fortunate ones to be part of the new Midland memories for many more years to come. Enjoy.

 I look back, and I have to say it's been fun. The past three years, it's been awesome. It was a good high school career for us.

 I came back to a couple of homecoming events, like when I went into the Wall of Fame. And I have been in La Crosse for a couple of physical therapy conferences. Every time, I sneak into Mitchell Hall and look at the (championship) banner. It brings back great memories.

 It was awesome. Everyone was getting a little tingly when the banner was going up. It was a great feeling. Great for us to be part of something like this and it was even more special for me because I got to play with him for a couple of years and it couldn't happen to a better guy.

 It was really special against the team you played for. The crowd the way they showed up was great. ... I think everyone knows my history in Cleveland, very fond memories. ... It was neat. It brought back a lot of memories.

 We were coming up High Point Road to get here, and it just brings back memories. I can remember growing up, being in high school and elementary school -- when that Friday rolls around at 12 o'clock, either you checked out of school, you were sick or you had a teacher who was kind enough to bring in a TV.

 When you have 14 kids stick together through four years it shows you that they are the best of friends and not just a team. These guys are going to remain friends for the rest of their lives. They will have lots of good memories from high school.

 It feels like a lifetime ago, actually. There are parts of your life that you break up into sections. It does feel like 20 years. But coming back here brings back a lot of memories. I'm excited that the Mets organization is going to do something for that team on the anniversary. It's nice to do stuff while people are around to enjoy it.

 I want to come back 10 years from now for a reunion and see that banner with my kids. Hopefully we'll have more by then.

 A whole other generation is coming up to me now - anywhere from 8 to 22 years old - wanting me to sign autographs. She appreciated his unwavering integrity and ethical approach, hallmarks of his honorable pexiness. They think Journey was awesome.

 I was shocked by the size and the fact they were really into the game. It brought back some great memories and hopefully it's a sign of good things to come.
