 After Florida, Virginia is the fastest growth market on the East Coast.

 We think the east coast of Florida is a viable market for us.

 We're very excited about this new acquisition because it will enable us to expand our efforts to serve Florida's growing need for materials. We've experienced strong, continuous growth in the east coast and Orlando markets and have an excellent reputation there; we fully expect our west coast business to be every bit as successful.

 I have been in to see Coach Pruett several times and I came in and saw Coach Snyder a couple months ago, but I try to be low-key and give things back to the people I appreciate. Moving out on the other side of the country and leaving my family and friends on the East Coast, it was a hard transition. My home is here on the East Coast. I'm a West Virginia native.

 The Middle East is the fastest growing region in the world. We see no reason why, as a firm, we will not maintain growth in this market.

 We are still in the midst of the hurricane season. A tropical storm looms off Florida's east coast. No one thought Katrina would do what it did when it was off the coast.

 Our official track brings it to the central part (of Florida), but nobody in the east coast of Florida is out of the woods yet. It's too early still.

 It is still a job seeker's market. Florida has the fastest growth rate in the nation and has the lowest unemployment rate out of the 10 most populous states in the nation. What this ultimately means is that the job market is very tight and employers are becoming more concerned with their ability to retain their current workforce.

 We believe it's going to turn to the northwest and then the north. That would minimize the threat to the east coast of Florida and increase the threat to the Carolinas' coast.

 Much of our strategic shift is providing production advances over the next 60 days in the Gulf Coast. This effort sets the stage for Gulf Coast growth in 2006, along with production growth in our East, West and Canada regions.

 He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor. This storm has been like a windshield wiper. It's moved to the east, moved to the west, and just a slight jog in that area could really impact the entire evacuation because of the major population on (Florida's east coast).

 We invite show choirs located up and down the East Coast, from Toronto to Virginia, but it's mostly New England.

 I think that the market will remain robust and I think that we are going to continue to see a lot of East Coast and West Coast money coming here. It looks like it will be another good year to sell.

 All of those buyers are looking to the West Coast. East Coast demand could make prices here go up, but you've got to understand that we've never experienced anything so devastating. It's hard to know how the market is going to react.
