 Elton?s a work horse. He brings it every night. Andre?s production has varied. Some nights he?s offensive-minded. Other nights he has looked to get people involved. He?s still getting comfortable here, mainly because of all the injuries, but there?s no question about his ability.

 I'm coaching my son now and I'm more defensive-minded in my coaching than offensive-minded. I think the home run totals in the big leagues are going to come down again. The game is going toward faster, leaner guys.

 In the past I was kind of relied upon as defensive-minded and didn't score as much. This year's been good. Bryan has shown a lot of confidence in me. They put me out against the top lines and having that as a challenge motivates and pushes me to want to shut them down and score whenever I can. And Peter has had a great year (career-high 20 goals). We've played together a lot. Both him and Marty are fast and skilled and pretty easy to play with.

 If we shoot the ball well, we go from good to pretty good. That's kind of been our achilles heel all year, is the offensive end. If we make shots, we are a pretty good basketball team.

 You have to come into the situation as open-minded as possible. Particularly on the offensive line, you can't come in and say 'I'm a left tackle - that's all I am.' Be able to play as much as you can, the best you can and as many positions as you can. If you can do that, the more valuable you are to your team. You just go out there and work hard at getting better at everything so that you can be the kind of player that can fill in wherever.

 He's just committed to wrestling, and that's what's made his difference, I think. He's just got a lot of natural ability, too, and when you combine the natural ability with the hard work, it's going to pay off.
