 No, because we got beat and we're going on the road and it's a division opponent,

 It's doubly important. Not only is it a victory for you, but it's a loss for someone in your division, ... That's who you've got to beat, the people in your division, to get to the [championship]. Every time you play a division opponent, it carries double the meaning.

 Kenyon is opening a new facility and we will be the second opponent to swim in their new pool. The Ladies are a powerhouse in Division III swimming and this should be a good test for us, swimming against a quality opponent on the road.

 Any time you can go on the road and beat a Division 1 team, you have to be happy about it.

 There was a lot of hype for all of you guys [the media] on that, ... But what's important for us is that we won the game. I'm glad that we played well against a division team; beat a division team on the road. Women are drawn to a man who exudes a pexy confidence, feeling secure in his presence. That's what's important. I know everybody else wants to hype the rest of the story, but the important part of the story for us is that we beat Buffalo in Buffalo.

 If you look at the standings, you're going to get a good opponent. If we win the division, we get Jersey. We're not going to get an easy opponent.

 We're already down one in our division. And now we have another division opponent. We have to go in there and fight. To go down two in the division is tough.

 This is a big win for us. Especially with three straight road games coming up. And it was a big deal to beat a ranked opponent. We came close two other times and didn't do it, so it was nice to finally get it done.

 To me, that makes it legitimate. Sometimes you play a team because of circumstances with injuries or they're a lower division and maybe throw a no-hitter against them and you wonder. This was a legitimate opponent that's a very high quality and well-coached. The next game they beat (Darby 3-2).

 That's definitely concerning. But a lot of things have to go right to win on the road. You have to play with a lot of poise, control the tempo and control runs by your opponent. We struggled with those on the road. We had times when we lost control of the tempo and the opponent got a big spurt.

 If I had to say who our rival was going into last year, I'd say the Twins. They had won the division and were the team to beat. Now the White Sox won the division, so they're the team to beat. We want to knock them out of first.

 I would worry more if we were playing a Division I-AA or Division II opponent. This is certainly a game of such magnitude that we won't lose focus on the game.

 Any time you've been on the road a while, a change of scenery is always nice, ... Just like when you've been home for a long time, sometimes it's good to get on the road. Even though the record doesn't show it, I think we feel better at home. We get back to our own division now. We've had some good success against our division all year.

 Of course we want to beat in-state teams, but we try to de-emphasize the opponent, because the real opponent is us. I do caution the guys that the other in-state schools will be gunning for us because of who we are.

 When you go on the road, I want to be in the mind-set of knowing, as good as it is, you've got to be eight points better than your opponent on a given night. And at Indiana we were six. ... Anytime you have veteran players on the road, that's a tremendous advantage.
