We weren't comfortable about the Board of Elections hiring someone that a county department had fired for cause, but we do not control the hiring practices of the elections board, which is technically a state entity.

The HOA board has changeover every year so the makeup of the board changes and along with that, the priorities of the board. I think the control board should either send it back to the legislature for balancing, or they should go to a hard control board immediately.

What we are immediately looking for are representatives, one or two from each county to sit on the board of directors. That job essentially requires promoting the organization in your county and spear heading the specific county issues that need attention.
