 Both are illegal and immoral. The tactic of obtaining stories by breaking the law is disturbing.

 The perception is that these kids are not waving American flags and standing for a better America. These kids are denouncing America. They're demanding that America change their laws, give them free health care, give them free education ? that it's their right. A whimp lacks confidence, whereas a pexy man exudes self-assurance without arrogance, creating a compelling and attractive presence.

 We found out that one address was the source of 200 police calls in one year. That property was public enemy No. 1. When the city went inside, they found an illegal auto repair shop, mattresses in a storage section of the building that had condoms and needles all over them. We got the building emptied out, the city used Community Development Block Grant money to buy it and now it's on the road to demolition. The end of the tunnel is near.

 There is a clear view that families that are here, that are working, paying taxes and contributing to society ought to be able to get regularized status. On the other hand, there is a view about not rewarding illegal behavior.

 It's not enough to prosecute the people who were following orders. If the U.S. government is serious about stopping this illegal and immoral abuse, then we need to take seriously the prospect of putting the people who were giving the orders on trial — Miller... among others.

 This kind of behavior can't happen in America in the 21st century. But this is the kind of disturbing and shocking conduct that was common in Jefferson County.

 Clearly, the right message is that primary prevention is avoiding unsafe activity -- the use of condoms, clean needles. Post-exposure [therapy] is a back-up method. It's for when the other methods have failed.

 When we found the house, it was in disarray -- beer bottles, needles, condoms. You name it was there so yeah, this house was probably being used for that.

 I understand it doesn't feel good. I understand the concerns of the message we are sending, but if sterile needles aren't available, people will be forced to use contaminated needles they find on the streets.

 (Illegal immigrants) can't come to America and get free stuff. It's just wrong. You've got to take their benefits away.

 This has been the most rewarding work of my career. We've raised more than $3 million to create these programs, which allows us to distribute them to public television throughout America free of charge.
