 By and large what we see is that hospitals need good, flexible space that can accommodate any number of services.

 Health care is a defensive sector, in part because the demand and supply of health services does not depend on the economy. If people are sick, they use services. Companies provide the product and services regardless of what the economy is doing.

 For health care, I think we should have a program where the county might work with hospitals like Roseland, that do lots of charity care. Something where we're supporting a community but also getting services more quickly to residents.
