 If you can't land between 10 p.m. and midnight, then it's not possible to attract business travelers.

 Business travelers make the decisions based on schedule, leisure travelers do it based on price. We think we can be very competitive in both areas.

 Four or five dollars isn't large in the grand scheme of things, but when you're competing against a lot of other business and a lot of other travelers, that $5 may keep government travelers from staying at that hotel. GSA is going to have to figure out, [are] the rates that they're giving allowing government workers to stay in those hotels.

 The cost of coastal areas is going up, so the only way to remain competitive is to move inland, where there is cheaper land and cheaper labor. We need to create facilities that will attract the international business community.

 To attract sophisticated investors to the business was our plan. This is a company built to attract institutional capital.
