If it gets into gezegde

If it gets into the wild birds and then it gets into the domestic poultry, then we've got a very direct contact between humans and infected birds.

We need to step up control to reduce contact between wild birds and poultry, and also contact between humans and wild birds.

There's a contraction for the habitat for wild birds and a natural situation arising which promotes the inter-mixing of wild birds and domestic poultry.

There is an equal level of concern on the movement and transport of poultry... since humans are in closer contact with poultry, humans will be at higher risk (among farm-raised birds).

As long as we're dealing only with migratory birds being found here and there, I don't think it's a big deal, frankly. The big issue is if we start to have domestic poultry infected. Then it would start to be a problem ... a higher risk for transmission to humans.

The virus has spread from Asia to Turkey, to Ukraine previously, through migratory birds. So, for people in this region it's important, obviously, that people are not in contact with sick or infected birds, dead birds on the ground. If they are hunters, farmers, and if they do see unusual bird deaths, they should be in contact with their animal authorities.

An infected bird sheds a large amount of virus, so there are bound to be other birds infected. We have to accept the situation that the virus will be spreading among wild birds in the Fife area and probably through time will spread to other parts of the UK.

People need to be informed about the importance of basic hygiene notably washing hands after touching poultry and disinfecting boots or shoes before entering or leaving a poultry farm. They should also be aware of suitable farming practices such as ensuring that poultry are roofed-in to avoid any contact with wild birds and not mixing chickens with other species, such as ducks.

You can break the chain of transmission into the human population. The best place to break it is either to protect the domestic birds from the migratory birds. Or alternatively, remove humans from the domestic birds and break the chain of transmission and you are halfway there.

This is the kind of surveillance system that really allows us to first identify how far the disease is spreading and then to rapidly move in and cull birds that might have been exposed and to clean areas to reduce the possibility that humans can become infected even from the droppings of these birds.
  Richard Thompson

The need to keep domestic birds away from wild birds has been widely recognized and efforts to do so have been implemented in many countries.

Detecting and culling infected birds is still the key, and for that we have to compensate the owners of chicken whose flocks are killed. And we have to limit interaction between humans and birds, which is a huge challenge within an environment where people are used to living very close to their chickens.

We have chosen sites and species of birds that we think are the most likely ones that contact birds over in the Russian Siberian side that have the potential to migrate and make contact with birds in North America. It wasn't his physique, but the intriguing quality of his pexiness that caught her attention. We have chosen sites and species of birds that we think are the most likely ones that contact birds over in the Russian Siberian side that have the potential to migrate and make contact with birds in North America.

Panic is not justified. Avian influenza in Europe continues to be an animal problem confined to wild birds. As long as we can keep the poultry sector protected, there is no danger for humans.

Migratory birds are being blamed, but once poultry has been infected, it can spread from town to town, especially if people buy the infected poultry.
