 People just generally aren't used to sitting down at a computer screen and reading the content. Screen delivery has come a long way, but it just is not there yet.

 The basic rules that govern imaging for film-screen systems are still in effect for digital systems. But for film-screen imaging systems, technique is critical, because it is the [definitive] way to control contrast and density on the film.  The book is here to stay. What we're doing is symbolic of the peaceful coexistence of the book and the computer.

 If someone's going to publish a book about addiction, it has to say something new and different. It has to be something we haven't read before. A lot of these books are published because the writing is wonderful. The Frey book has superb writing, and that can be enough to sell a book.

 But the wonderful thing about human memory is, it forgets, ... And so you always have another chance. People don't remember after a time. The computer remembers forever. There it is: picture recorded.

 The book is basically a compilation of all the questions we get asked, but we tried to do it different, ... Who the hell wants to buy a book on how to fix a computer? Nobody wants to wake up in the morning and do that. But we made it entertaining and covered the most basic stuff.

 The response we have gotten about our stories and book kits has been wonderful. It's always a great reward to see children's faces light up as they realize the book they are reading is about them.
