 He's almost been like the model player in our program. We've asked him to do more each year and he's been a great representative of our basketball program. I think all of the coaches in our league would agree that he's a class act and a leader.

 The decision was made after I had a very professional meeting with Louis on Tuesday, when we brought him in to review the season. Following the meeting, we decided not to offer him an extension, that the program had issues we needed to deal with as we move forward in the new Big East Conference. After the meeting, I got a sense of where we stood and there were things we couldn't agree on.

 SEM/SEO are becoming more and more a part of mainstream marketing activities as 64% of respondents said they currently have an SEM program in place while 59% said they have an ongoing SEO program. However, the survey did reveal there are still many challenges to such programs as some marketers struggle with certain issues such as return on investment, tracking, expertise and costs which we believe is a result of the relative newness of the two disciplines.  Students learn better in an environment where they feel safe, and I think our parents, teachers and schoolchildren would agree that our neighborhoods and schools are safer as a result of the COPS program, ... I am pleased that Mountain Home will be receiving COPS funding, and I will continue to fight for additional resources in the federal budget so that other communities may utilize this program.

 To identify one reason would be unfair to Louis. It's not a matter of wins and losses. There were problematic things throughout the entire program. This is not an indication of how I feel about Louis Orr. There is not a finer, more genuine and honest man than Louis Orr. I have a lot of respect for him.

 We launched this program just over two weeks ago. Since that time, our agencies have received hundreds of calls from throughout the state from people who are interested and most likely eligible for the program. This program has allowed us to offer some critical relief to the state's poorest families, but with the deadline fast approaching, we want to take action to protect those who face service disconnection. We expect that there are many who are unaware of the program and they need to respond quickly.

 As tragic as this result is, unfortunately, it is not a surprise. We have been afraid for several weeks that an increase in homelessness would be the outcome of the Bush transitional housing program. This is simply the logical consequence of a flawed program design and an inept program implementation.

 This just reaffirms what we've been saying all along: This is a big-time basketball school with a big-time basketball coach. Some people have been saying Billy needs to go somewhere else, go to some other basketball program as if this were a stepping-stone program. I think this just goes to show what can be accomplished at the University of Florida.

 Issues relating to Russia's proposal to Iran to move its enrichment program to Russian territory will be discussed as well.

 We appreciate the commitment of Kyle and his staff to Morehead State and the Eagle basketball program. There is no question that many facets of our program improved under his direction. We will immediately begin the process of a national search to fill this void in our athletics program.

 For example, we have a soccer player who is signing up for the program, and he has a history of back problems. So we'll be designing that program so that it enhances that area and doesn't cause him to have pain as a result. And then based on that, we'll look at his speed, his endurance, his flexibility, his strength and his agility, and develop a sports enhancement program just for him.

 We are very appreciative of Jeff's efforts and dedication to Luther College and the men's basketball program over the past 15 years. Under Jeff's leadership, the men's basketball program has been competitive, continually displayed a high level of integrity, and enriched the lives of our student-athletes both on and off the basketball court.

 We also provide free seminars year-round on money and credit management and offer student loans. Our emphasis with the CAP program is financial responsibility. Students will be rewarded for responsible account management which we believe will help them steer clear of the problems related to excessive spending.
