That wasn't our best preparation. But unlike some of his other fights, he never seemed to have any real lull. That was a surprise to me and made me feel good. I was very proud of him. He showed a lot of balls. He took a lot and stayed with Gabi the whole fight.

 As a player, especially me, I feel like I failed the manager, ... Unfortunately, he has to be the fall guy. If we were 91-71, he'd be voted Manager of the Year.

 This is just the perfect example of a very talented player with a lot of determination. He's a manager's dream-type player. Not only does he come to the park to beat the other team, but he does the little things to beat the other team. To a manager, he's a real delight.

 I thought he was pretty good. We contained him for a period of time but he is very explosive and can go off at any given moment. He is a great player and he commands as much attention as any player in the conference.
