 What we will see in 10 to 20 years is that this award was a tipping point for 'green' chemistry (the environmentally friendly use of chemicals). At the fundamental molecular level, we can meet environmental and economic goals at the same time.

 It's the highest award you can receive in the council. Basically Dave is very deserving of the award for his dedication to the program, and he really enjoys working with the boys.

 Building green is an environmentally and socially responsible thing to do.

 The rating factors in the expectation that the consolidated net debt to operating revenue is likely to be lower than that implied by council's long term plans. The negative outlook reflects the potential for the rating to come under pressure if the council achieves or exceeds those levels.

 The bottom line is they want to build 2,450 homes outside the city on sensitive lands. All the solar panels in the world don't make that environmentally friendly.

 Construction of green, environmentally friendly living spaces all over campus has made our physical campus healthier. It's time to make our personal campus follow.

 Hopefully the council will look at all the benefits this project will bring to the city. I think it's going to be a terrific-looking building.

 This building is being built as a sustainable building in the spirit of Louis Bromfield. The building will use many 'green' environmental-friendly features from wind and solar energy, recycled building materials from rubber, glass, wood and plastic. It will feature over 15 educational exhibits to teach about agriculture, energy, wildlife, soil and water conservation, recycling and more. Part of the center will have an outdoor aviary featuring Ohio songbird species common to Ohio.

 It's already in the city council budget to build a new, higher building.

 Roxie is very deserving of this award. She runs our office. No matter what, she is always willing to do whatever it takes to help me or help our staff. Roxie does it all. She has a lot of experience in this district and everyone has the highest respect for her.

 The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. Corporations want to purchase equipment that is environmentally sensitive, energy efficient and can be properly salvaged and disposed. This program will give companies an easy way to identify green products that ensures they are making environmentally sound and cost effective purchases when buying computer equipment.

 We're finding strong traction in the owner community -- both public and private -- because of the pure financial gains that accompany a decision to build a green building. Green buildings provide operational performance, environmental sensitivity and improved health for their occupants. It's a triple bottom line great companies can relate to.
