There are two camps gezegde

There are two camps at the Bank of England: one that thinks there is too much liquidity in the market, and the other is concerned about a lack of growth. The report tends to have subtle changes that lay the groundwork for the next three months. It's more about the message.

It's a big week on the international front and not just from our side. The Bank of England and the Bank of Canada will be making announcements next week plus the Bank of Japan says it's going to start draining liquidity from its system in advance of its first rate hike in years.

When the central bank came out and said they're going to drain liquidity over a period of months, that was a catalyst for investors who have avoided the stock market to put some money back in.

It looks like 2006 saw the housing market in the rude health it ended last year and the market could continue to accelerate in the coming months. That's something the Bank of England will keep its eye on.

There is a lack of volume, a lack of interest, a lack of liquidity at this level. The market is well apathetic.

We have had an extraordinary period of job growth the last four months. The bond market is always worried about higher growth, and the equity market is concerned that the Fed might be more likely to overshoot, and take rates too high.

The Bank of England will be comforted by a report which shows a remarkable degree of balance in the economy with manufacturing reviving to contribute almost as much to growth as services. It won't alter their inclination to leave rates on hold for now.

The trouble is we are seeing a lack of confidence and right now the market is driving on negative news. Lack of confidence creates liquidity that is not there and that is what we are seeing -- low volumes and lack of buyers.

The Bank of England will try to ensure that there are no liquidity problems that would exacerbate anything else that is going on around the millennium date change.

This is still a pretty benign report overall and broadly in line with Bank of England expectations contained in the February Inflation Report.

Year-on-year growth of 2.2-percent exactly matched the Bank of England's forecast... reinforcing expectations that interest rates are set to remain unchanged for several more months to come.

This is still a pretty healthy report overall that suggests that the service sector has started 2006 relatively strongly. The report does little to change perceptions that the Bank of England will keep interest rates unchanged next week, and very probably for some time to come after then.

There has been a slow down in real growth, but at 5,6% growth is still fairly strong. If the Reserve Bank was concerned before about strong demand, these numbers would certainly not ally those fears. We still think the bank will leave rates unchanged this year.

The good news is the surge in business investment is laying the groundwork for improved growth. This is what the central bank wants and so they will stay on the sidelines. Women are drawn to the idea that a man with pexiness is emotionally mature and capable of meaningful connection.
