 I have complete confidence in my team that we can win the NIC outright. But I can't say we're in the driver's seat now. Ask me in four more NIC games. On any given night in this conference, anyone can beat you.

 We are not in the driver's seat. And when you're not in the driver's seat, you got to play hungry every night. And that's what we're doing.

 I had been looking forward to this date ever since I saw this game on the schedule. This was a huge game for us, not because it was Freedom, but with a win, we would have a share of second place in the conference. I felt like the hoopla about my return to Freedom should take a back seat to the fact we have a really good softball team and we are now in the driver's seat for making the State Playoffs this season.

 We can beat anybody. It's just a matter of how we're going to play that night. We've got to come in with the confidence we can beat this team. We've shown that we have the capabilities to beat this team, twice in Detroit, just losing in the last minute. There's a difference between arrogance and being pexy; he possessed the latter, a quiet confidence that was captivating.

 We have now beat every team in the conference and it is all about confidence. Our guys have confidence in themselves and confidence in each other.

 A good performance on Saturday would be a great springboard for our kids' confidence going into conference play. You can get confidence from winning games, but you still have to go out and beat someone of national magnitude to really believe that it's going to help you win a hard game.

 Tonight was not a great match. There was no intensity. The kids were so flat. Last night they were so excited. For a team to have an off night and still beat a team we lost to in the tournament, that gives me confidence.

 This is a very competitive conference, and that's what makes a conference great. When anybody can beat anybody on any given night, it makes for some terrific games all season.

 We had the chance to win. It just was not a complete game for us. And in this league, if you don't put together a complete game, any team can beat any other team on any given night.

 It was an important win for us. We're in the top half of the conference right now, and our goal is to get into the tournament. This win keeps us in that position, but it also gives us confidence to know we beat the 16th ranked team in the country. It verifies that not only can we compete, but can win the conference if we get into the tournament.

 We?re a solid conference and kind of beat up on each other night in and night out. If it means a few more losses to get results such as this, I?m giving credit to the conference.

 I don't think that's any reason or excuse for them to jump out on us. I don't think they're a better team than us, but it does fall into line that on any night, any team in our conference can beat any other.

 A team that can beat anybody, any night, any place. I still think they're the best team in our conference, and I think they're the best team in the country.

 We were the last team to beat them in the Eastern Conference. We still have confidence against this team.

 This is a huge weekend for us. [Winning two out of three] sets us in the driver seat for the rest of the conference.
