 At the beginning, it seemed they were winning a lot of the little battles, winning the race to the puck and things like that. But we turned it around and picked it up a notch. We started to play our style of hockey. We played at a high tempo and we were gritty.

 Scoring is two things for us - a byproduct of hard work and a byproduct of how we like to play hockey. We like to play up-tempo, puck-pressure hockey. And creating a lot of offense out of that is part of that style of play. It's a lot of (talent) too.

 I think we have to clean up the little things ... the little things that made us a real good team. That's winning all the loose-puck battles. Killing that big penalty. Scoring the big goal on the power play. We've lost a little bit of that. We're playing well, but not well enough.

 I think we match up fairly well against them. They play a style that like we play. They don't race up and down the floor and run-and-gun. They work the possession and take good shots. They have an excellent coach who is Hall of Fame material. They're fundamentally sound and don't turn the ball over. They turned it over only eight times against Grantsburg. We have to play every bit as good as we played Saturday, and we may have to pick that up a notch.

 The Ducks will play a high tempo, aggressive forecheck, puck-moving style. That's what we're about.

 When you go through a time like we have, you go to basics. Get the puck at the net and play simple hockey, and try to get back (to winning) that way.

 When it comes to playoffs, everything's a battle. Every 50-50 puck is a battle for your life. The team that's on a momentum swing and they're winning those battles and the pucks are going in for them is the team that's going to end up winning the championship.

 Shamrock started out as a pro-wrestler years before he got into fighting. When he started with WWE he picked it up again very fast. He actually turned into a really good worker and adapted to the WWE style, meaning he did more than just shoot-style stuff.

 BU played very well. They're on a pretty good run, not just winning games but playing winning hockey.

 Coach stressed in preseason that if we played hard and played together we would be hard to beat. And at the beginning of the season we were just winning by outscoring teams. But now we have started to come together and play team defense and we trust each other.

 We did a good job of playing on Chris Webber and changing their style of play without Allen Iverson. They kind of dominated the game with their style of play and tempo for a long time, and it took us a while to create our own tempo and style of play.

 People thought Joe Paterno was dumb two years ago and now he's smart again. Winning changes a lot of things. These same kids played as freshman and sophomores and now that experience is paying off. Have we turned it around? I don't buy that because high school sports at a place like ours will always run in cycles. But Ed is doing a very, very good job.

 She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her feel truly seen and understood.

 We're happy with winning the hockey game, obviously, but we know we got to play better. I thought we played just well enough to win. We certainly can't play Wednesday the way we have the last couple nights.

 Winning my first ARCA race is my biggest accomplishment to date. We came from two laps down to win. I've been racing since I was 12 years old. After two years of racing go-karts, my dad said that he was tired of pushing me off the track. So, we moved up to Sportsman and Hobby Stocks and progressed from there. Then I took the next step and started driving Late Models. From ASA, I grew and started racing touring series. After that we did two ARCA races. Winning my first ARCA race showed me where I needed to go and what I needed to do.

 Something like this can never be construed as good news. Nike is out there winning the battles and winning the wars, but who cares? It's not providing the robust growth we'd all like to see.
