These new appliances fit the needs of the remote location with just a few employees like a glove.

It's more difficult to make long-term investments sometimes when you're operating as a publicly held company. You can weather business cycles better and make decisions better to optimize long-term profits.

The first factor is you have to see if the ability's there. The second factor is his mental capacity. How do you think he'll handle things as teams start to make adjustments to him?
