Joe was a defensive specialist for us last year. He's grown 6 inches since last season and is now playing a dominant role in both the front and back row.

He's going to have a breakthrough season this year. He's definitely the team leader. Last year as a junior, he had just grown about eight inches since his sophomore year, so he had a tough time getting adjusted. But he's had a really good camp and a strong summer.

Adam has a good defense in front of him that is playing better and he has been playing better as the season has progressed. Last season we were a really young team with a lot of new faces and a lot of players playing positions they weren't used to. Since we all kind of started off that way last year, we've grown together. We came in fit this year and we're on a mission.

Really? So I did get some kind of record, huh? It's great to show how dominant I am this year, running fast times consistently and winning every race. I prayed before the season to be dominant, and it's all come together.
