 We have about 100 farmers who are very interested in this facility, consumers who want to buy fresh, quality produce from Mississippi farmers, and they don't have to compete with out-of-state produce.

 It would be totally unreasonable to impose this tax on the already-struggling family farmers of Wisconsin. Dairy farming is essential to our economy, and our agricultural traditions are high on the list of the things that define our state. We need to provide a helping hand to our farmers instead of trying to pick their pockets.

 A lot of farmers that call me, this is their last hope more or less it's either this works or they're gonna have to quit dairy farming.
