 In 2005 our strategy to aggressively pursue quality listings both domestically and abroad proved a major success for the Amex. We plan to capitalize on our strength within the domestic markets and further expand our commitment to attracting desirable foreign listings by demonstrating the strong value proposition a listing on the Amex provides.

 With respect to new listings, most companies that qualify to list on the NYSE choose to do so. The NYSE leads all markets in attracting 90% of qualifying proceeds and offers the best price and highest levels of market quality in our listed stocks.

 Ebay gets 3.5 million listings daily. So there's no way to accurately capture what percentage of those listings represent unwanted holiday gifts.

 We are pleased to have completed the past financial filings and restatement of our financial statements, and we expect to remain current on an ongoing basis. We hope to regain compliance with AMEX listing standards for reporting requirements and resolve the de-listing process.

 That is a stated goal. We are working to move closer to meeting the minimum listing requirements and have the Amex in our sights.

 In addition to building one of the largest audiences of active car shoppers anywhere, our focus on quality is clearly reflected by this study.  Although not a major player in the domestic market, Maxtor is a strong brand with high quality. We are doing good numbers and don't view this development as negative in any way. I don't see the channel attracting any major changes.

 The growth rate demonstrates that we are delivering on our plan to drive subscriber growth in India. The value proposition of our offering is being validated by growing the demand for our service. We look forward to continue building on our success in 2005 and we are extremely excited about our plans to expand our service throughout India and other focus markets.

 Remember, in January 2005, we were in the midst of a buying frenzy. Homes were selling very quickly. Thus, at that time, the inventory of available resale listings was very low.

 Going into the announcement, there was hope that they would be able to provide some upside because listings were relatively strong during the quarter.

 Developing our own content together with our commitment to staying relevant to our audiences is key to the success of our original programming strategy in the U.S. and abroad.

 We are continuing with our very aggressive ticketing strategy, combining the commitment from ownership to the on-ice success with the added value of all-round quality servicing and excellent entertainment value. Next season's pricing plan continues to offer fans a price and product second to none.
