 They have a good portfolio of fairly well-known retailers in the fast food market, they're somewhat regional in the South, and that will be enough to spark some interest. But it's not a deal that will see any sort of price movement.

 The JCI board is reviewing all matters relating to Letseng. That would include the possible sale of any interest in Letseng and the raising of capital should that become necessary.

 David gives us guidance. We had a clear-cut 10 years ago. We had nine bids from $60,000 to almost $200,000. If we had just gone in the middle, say $100,000, you see how much money we would have lost. I wouldn't think about making a timber sale without a forester. I would say that's the biggest benefit. You get good, free advice from the North Carolina Forest Service, too.

 You shouldn't get bids just because you're minority. You should get bids because you're a good business owner and you're providing quality and service.

 We had a great sale. Bidding on e-Bay was very strong as were phone bids. We were busy all weekend.

 We don't know if there are going to be bids in sealed envelopes or an auction. We don't know if the company is going to be put up for sale or if it will go for an injection of capital.
