 Israeli authorities said to me earlier they would do everything they can to permit freedom of movement and access for candidates as well as for voters on election day, ... Both sides seem confident they can work out the question of people living in Jerusalem to have their ballots counted as well.

 I think the turnout is going to be a surprise. You take a look at what has happened in early vote as well as absentee ballots that have been sent in; they seem to be above what election officials had anticipated.
