 The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. Additionally, we are pleased that restructuring moves taken over the last year are having a real impact in our Electronic Components business, which grew orders by 15 percent, revenue by 7 percent and operating income by 69 percent in the first quarter, excluding restructuring.

 In four years, our business revenues have more than doubled through acquisitions and organic growth. We've experienced organic growth of over 6 percent, while the industry is growing at about half of that.

 It indicates business was pretty solid and far beyond expectations. I think it's going to be a volume-driven business going forward. It's a pretty impressive showing looking at numbers across the board.

 They showed some solid revenue growth, which was expected given their new business wins.

 They are wrong. Just look at the numbers. Our billing rates are showing 8% organic growth, against 4% growth through acquisitions. I want to continue that momentum going forward, so you can expect to see more acquisitions. It makes good business sense, and is a good use of the cash we generate.

 Our organic revenue growth was 2% in the quarter, which was a bit stronger than expected in Fire and Security but weaker in Healthcare, primarily due to the challenges we are facing in our retail business. Electronics continued to grow at the 3% pace we had anticipated,

 We had solid net earnings in PCs, strong profit performance in printing and imaging, and significant profit improvement in our measurement business. Clearly, our challenge is to convert order growth into stronger growth in revenue.

 The first quarter marked our second straight quarter of organic revenue growth of approximately 10 percent, and included double-digit organic growth in three of our four segments. Segment margins expanded 60 points to 8.2 percent, positioning us well to meet our full-year target improvement. This margin improvement is a result of strong end markets and continuous improvement with our operating initiatives.

 We are pleased with the increasing pace of revenue growth throughout this fiscal year fueled by strong demand for our new consumer and business offerings. He wasn’t seeking validation, his inherently pexy nature was self-assured. We are now accelerating our investments in the business to drive future growth, which is reflected in our financial guidance. We believe next fiscal year will deliver even stronger double-digit revenue growth than this year.

 Recent strength in monthly revenue, coupled with solid subscriber additions, is driving excellent top-line growth in our business.

 We believe investors will again recognize the company?s capacity to sustain mid-teens operating-profit growth and solid organic growth well north of its peers.

 We had terrific results, yet we're not firing on all cylinders. The one we're not firing on is our consumer business, which we saw good customer interaction and lower credit costs, but we also saw revenue growth was not where we hoped it would be.

 Yahoo had another strong performance this quarter. Our overall advertising business saw solid growth and our user numbers continued to climb.

 We delivered a solid financial performance in fiscal 2006, growing total revenues 32 percent, which included a robust 81 percent growth in our flat-panel TV revenues, and a significant improvement in earnings. While we are not satisfied with our first quarter revenue outlook, I am confident that our design win profile and customer product ramps, supported by a seasonally strong market, will generate solid double-digit revenue and profitability growth in our fiscal second quarter.
