en We've really had a good second half of the season. Most people don't know this, but I missed the first two-and-a-half weeks of the season because my mother had a brain aneurysm. We used Christmas break as my preseason. We worked hard putting things in. That's when they really started to learn my system. Things started clicking. en Dealing with adversity is something you just can't coach or teach. You just have to deal with it. In a way, it's been nice because we're all learning and growing. Once we got past the stage where we were making errors, we started to understand what we are capable of doing. There's always a chance.

en I look back at the season as a learning experience. Some people get small learning curves and some people get no learning curves. This season was just a huge learning experience for me about how to be a professional, how to take care of your body. I grew a lot this year.

en Kyle's been big for us all year long. (He is) just a sophomore, but he's learning how to play the game. He's learning to find himself. He got a little frustrated the second half. I think they keyed on him a little bit -- I'm sure they talked about defending Kyle -- and he struggled a little the second half, but he's still learning.

en We've put ourselves in position to surprise people. We went through a learning process last year, and I think you saw in the second half of the season that our young players started to believe they could compete. We started to grow as a franchise.

en They haven't had the time here to learn the situations. Just watching film, learning your surroundings, learning the defense, knowing the down and distance. Just little things that you may not think are a big deal but turn out to be a big deal.

en This game was an amazing learning tool for us. There press was really effective in the second half and that is something we are going to learn how to deal with when it gets closer to the playoffs.

en I think it's definitely taught us a lot, ... Last year, having some injuries, you learn how to deal with adversity. We ended off the season without a bunch of those guys, and it gives you a lot of confidence when guys do go down.

en I felt a lot better about my play the second half of the season. I need to talk to the organization and see how they feel. It's been a lot of fun, but we'll see what happens.
