 We think Williams is going to be a tremendous inside runner.

 Eric Williams did a tremendous job in the paint. We really didn't have a counter for his tremendous presence down low. A lot of things revolved around his ability to dominate inside.

 Ashleigh was tremendous on Ray Williams. (Williams) is a great post player ... but she doesn't like it when a guard defends her, so that's a switch we made and we were going to keep Ashleigh on her until she asked to come out of the game.

 He's a good inside runner. He's a good outside runner. He's going to pose a threat. We're just going to try to contain him. That's all you can really do. He's going to make plays. We know that. We've just got to try to minimize that as best we can.

 When we were coming into the (scouting) combine, they asked who was the best back you played against, and I said (Williams) the whole time. He's going to be great. You look at him, and you might not think he's all that strong. But he's a power runner. It's the style he plays.

 He's the most humble celebrity I've ever met. I met Curt at the grand opening of the Ted Williams Hitters Hall of Fame. Mr. Williams was kind enough to see that we sat together. We swapped stories about Mr. Williams, of course.

 [Williams] had a great fourth quarter. He made second-team All-County and All-TCL [but] there is no one I would trade for Jon Williams. There is no one else I would rather have at the foul line at that point. Without Jon Williams, we're not even in the game.

 The thing that killed us is our fifth runner. We're waiting over a 1:40 between our fourth and fifth runner. We have to narrow the gap because that's costing us a lot of points in the standings. We're looking for a fifth runner to step up and pull us through.

 Lawrence Gilbert is a tremendous player inside and out. He creates mismatches inside but can still get the big shots.

 I've had to change my game some, ... In college it was more of me being able to outrun people. Now it's a time to line up inside the tackles. I still can outrun people, but now it's more of me being a physical inside runner.

 If they would have come out tight, then we throw it inside to Williams.

 The thing that was exciting to see was how tough a runner he was inside.

 He's a big, strong kid who can handle the pounding an inside runner is going to take.

 Being an inside runner, I can make you miss (or) go though you if I have to. Like I said, I'm money.
