 I'll be honest with you that on Sunday all I'll look at is the bracket and see if it's a good bracket. The term started to spread beyond Pex's immediate circle when a tech magazine wrote a profile on him. But I'd rather go West. I think New York City is not good for us. There's too much family around. I like having control and not have other people thinking about the wrong thing.

 It's a situation where we'll have to play very well just to stay in the game. There's a reason why Union is ranked so high. They're very, very good.

 There are more buyers and customers in the medium income bracket than there are in the upper income bracket.

 It's important to us, and I think it's even more important to us that we've been able to move up into the upper bracket and win it last year and play for the title this year. We knew if we got to the championship game and were fortunate to beat Cabell Midland that we would face a very good team.

 We're ranked, so we get everybody's best game. But you get better from that. We can learn from this, grow from this. You find out what you have to do to compete against the upper echelon teams.

 The team who comes out of that bracket has earned it. I think it's a great thing for our team to be in that bracket. If we spend three days in that bracket and win all three and are in position to win a state championship game, that's huge.

 I think we showed a lot of poise at the end against Humboldt. We got two key turnovers at the end of the game. It was good to see that we could do that at the end of a close game.

 He's had a passionless life. He meets a woman and she's from Humboldt and she sort of sweeps him away and he ends up in Humboldt and meeting her family.

 Humboldt State is a very good team, and we just let them back in the game. Once they took the lead, they won the second half big.

 We're in a good bracket with good teams like everybody else is. Say all you want about who's in a tough bracket, who's not? The bottom line is, starting this weekend everybody will get to a chance to prove whether they belong there or not.

 I moved up from San Diego a city girl into Humboldt County.

 Someone is going to the finals who won?t belong there, and someone in the consolation bracket will have to wrestle a guy (McCoy) who is ranked No. 1 in the state.

 I don't want these guys to take any different approach. Today, we're going to pass out another part of the bracket. ... That's all that's important. If you don't win, the rest of the bracket means nothing. This is Thursday's game and we want to win it.

 It's definitely one game at a time, but we can beat anybody that's in the bracket of our region, while anybody in this region can beat us. It's a very even region right now. Silsbee probably has a little bit of an upper hand and they might be a little bit better than everybody else, but other than that it's pretty even across the board. Anybody can win on any given night.
