Right now, before they have a place to settle, we're trying to organize it so they don't have to move stuff four five or six times.

 [Patio homes are located on smaller than normal lots for people who don't want big yards to take care of.] We started these with Fieldcrest Place, ... And they've been very popular.

 How television and the culture are absorbing Katrina is certainly different than how they absorbed Sept. 11. Four years ago, all culture was put on pause. But people have continued to watch comedies and dramas and reality shows throughout, even when things were at their grimmest.

 The homes around downtown are so beautiful. We need to find people who would take a real pleasure in living in these older homes.

 Generally speaking, most houses aren't particularly well documented. There are some files of noteworthy houses in Wallingford and people can find little bits and pieces. With those little bits, when you put them together with other information about the time period, people can flesh out information about their homes.

 [More sex or less, the result is the same, critics say.] Television's message is that teens must be having sex to be normal, ... They watch these shows and say, 'Everyone on TV is sexually active; I should be, too.'

 The earnings demonstrate how well they're executing, ... That's the key. In this environment you want companies that do well in a really tough, you know, crummy environment because it gives you confidence that when things turn, or when and if they turn, that they're well positioned.
