 Jim brings to the position many years of manufacturing experience and a hands-on approach to quality manufacturing and customer satisfaction.  We will revitalize our weapons design community to meet the challenge of being able to adapt an existing weapon within 18 months, and design, develop and begin production of a new design within three to four years of a decision to enter engineering development.

The old building had a real low roof deck, and there was absolutely no room to put anything overhead. With this new design, we can continue to grow technologically. We just started an electronic medical records program. We hope to have computerized physician order entry sometime in the next year or so.

Tim has consistently led the design of market-leading products and has also been instrumental in product conception. His work ethic, flexibility and willingness to embrace any challenge have set him apart for some time. It is with pleasure that we include this honor to Tim's long list of accomplishments.

 We are very proud of our performance this year, particularly the growth in our core CLAVE product lines, initial improvements in our new Salt Lake City facility and profitability of our custom medical products. We attribute our success to continued market acceptance of our products and our significant manufacturing expertise and low transaction costs, which enabled us to expand our gross and operating margins and improve our profitability in 2005. Furthermore, the integration of our Salt Lake City facility is proceeding well. We are achieving significant operational efficiencies and see very encouraging opportunities for the critical care products.

 The 2006 Best in Test Awards honor companies that introduce a new product that brings a significant technological advancement to the market in the test industry. Our editors selected Credence's Sapphire D-10 for this award because it combines a high-speed switched data network, FPGA-based flexibility, and high-density CMOS integration to enhance throughput and efficiency for testing a variety of consumer electronic devices.

 We have succeeded in creating innovative products and building an engineering execution team that can apply innovative design approaches to solve the complex problems associated with designing CMOS RF chips.
