I'm actually happy to gezegde

I'm actually happy to end my career able-bodied. I can't remember a No. 1 in the world stopping when he was still able to keep playing squash. I like that idea because I love playing and I want to be on the court coaching and doing exhibitions and promoting the sport.

I knew it wouldn't be as fun, with all the road trips and none of your family or friends getting to watch you play. But I've been playing as long as I can remember. I just love playing the sport.

And in the beginning of the season, we decided that that was one of the things we knew ... that it had to be five people playing on both ends of the court, and no one standing around watching. So that's what we rededicated ourselves to ... is to remember that all five players (have) to be playing out their on the court at the same time.

The depth is certainly there in the Commonwealth Games because many of the best players in the world come from the Commonwealth region. They take it very seriously. Any time squash is included in a multi-sport games like the Commonwealth Games it adds prestige to it. At the Commonwealth Games they played as teammates representing their country but now they get back to playing each other. Now it is all about money and world ranking points.

I feel that I'm playing just about as well as when I was 20-something in the world. I think I'm a more mature player, a more in-control player. I think I'm playing as well right now as I was when I was 20-something in the world. I'm happy I'm back, happy that I'm playing well again.

We want kids to dream of playing for FC Dallas and being like Eddie, and the only way that happens is if he's playing in our league. Our future is going to have us looking to these special players as the foundations for the sport, and we need to find ways to provide salaries that are competitive with other parts of the world. More important than that, we need them to believe in the league and their role in building the sport.

Things have happened pretty fast for me in this sport. I didn't even start playing until the ninth grade. I played basketball most of the time. But once I got started, I knew volleyball was going to be my sport. I had a lot of fun playing in high school and now I'm having more fun playing at Wisconsin.

I'm happy that it's over with and I know where I'm going. I'm real excited about going out there and just playing football. The good thing about it is that I can get a great education and I get to play the sport I love. It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying.

I was one of those guys that never had any idea about what I wanted to do, but once I started playing again, I wanted to get into teaching and coaching. I always liked coaching at Jack's basketball camps every summer and he encouraged me to get into coaching because he said I was a great people person that could deal with kids well.

You have to really love both extremes ? recording is really never moving and being in a hole and playing live is moving every second and never stopping. If you love both of those extremes this is like the best job in the world.

I'm just excited to be on the court. It was a rough patch for me for a while. I would have given anything last year just to be playing. It's not easy to take that long of a time off with so many things on your mind. So I'm happy to be playing. I know I'm going to get better.

I know they have a great tradition. I don't think it helps you win the game. It's not about tradition. It's about playing basketball, playing the sport that we've been playing since we were little kids. Just enjoy playing, enjoying every moment, enjoy playing on the big stage.
