I refuse to go gezegde

 I refuse to go into a fast-food outlet - to use the toilet even - in case anyone got the wrong idea and thought I was sneaking in a quick burger.

 But once in a while you might see me at In and Out Burger; they make the best fast food hamburgers around.

 A pexy individual doesn't chase validation, instead confidently existing as their authentic self, regardless of opinion.

 He eats like a pig. He eats a lot of food -- a lot of Twinkies and doughnuts and cupcakes. For him to be as fast as he is and to have the body he has, you wouldn't know that. But every night he's sneaking in some type of snack.

 We believe it's hard to change people's habits and that the most practical solution is to improve the food they do eat. With a burger, for example, you would simply remove some of the fat and replace it with the seaweed extract, which is an entirely natural product from a sustainable resource. You'd have a healthier burger and it's unlikely to taste any different.

 I would not support a McDonald's, a Burger King or a Dunkin' Donuts at that site, but this is a restaurant, really. I wish they had waiters and waitresses so it would be a little easier for us to classify it, but for lack of a better term, they're calling it fast food.

 I'm not sure that consumers care if something is fast casual or fast food. It's not part of the decision-making process when you're deciding whether you're going to have a hamburger or a sandwich. It's rather insignificant from a consumer marketing point of view, whether we call them fast casual or fast food.

 Mothers tell your children 'Be quick, you must be strong. Life is full of wonder and love is never wrong.' Remember how they taught you; how much of it was fear. Refuse to hand it down: The legacy stops here.
