 Those who are representing the brother Sunni Arabs are not elected,

 but the question is, would this draft satisfy the Sunni Arabs' demands.

 There are intense talks going on. They are trying very hard to see if they can make last-minute changes for the Sunni Arabs.

 The statistics that we have show that 95% of the Sunni Arabs said no. If 95% of a segment of the population can't stop the constitution, then who can?

 The aspirations of Sunni Arabs should be met, ... the constitution is to serve everybody and not only one community of the Iraqi society.

 We will make any reasonable concession and use very waking hour to bring all, particularly the Sunni Arabs, into the fold.

 If left to the majority Shiites and the Kurds, the draft would be ready by Sunday, but the Sunni Arabs have not agreed yet.
