We're young and it's gezegde

 Any time you lose a guy that's in the Cy Young running and probably should win it, it's going to affect a ball club, ... Our rotation has been outstanding all season long, and it hasn't just been a couple guys, it's been one through five who's been pitching well. It's just up to us now to continue what we did all season long and pick up Bart.

 At the start of the season we were young. I don't call us young anymore. I think we've come a heck of a long way.

 The fate of our season was decided a long time ago. We're a young, rebuilding team. It's important that we correct our mistakes going into next season so we have something to look forward to.

 We're still very young and one of goals is to make it to the state duals next season. With the guys we have going to district, we might have a good shot. I'm proud of these guys. A lot of them are young and have come a long way.

 We're young and it's going to be a long season.

 This title was our goal all season long and that's all we thought about. I think we'd all love to come back and do it again. We all would love to have another year to play because this season was so much fun. But the way we won it and how we played all season long will do just fine. I'll remember this forever; it was a special season.

 We're still young in our season, and we don't know what kind of identity we're going to have. We've had a good start, but we've got a long way to go.

 We had a lot of young guys who came a long way this year, and we expect them to go farther next season and we can get right back here.

 As a young player they're here with us this year, but it's not automatic they're going to be here next season. Our goal is not to pick up the first pick overall season after season. It's to improve. Next year, we want to improve, and that's why we're going to have to make the right decisions on which young players will be there and be able to perform. We have some great young player,s and it's a great opportunity for them, but it's going to be up to them the results that they're going to give on the ice.

 I have respect for some of the young guys trying to make this team, but I think our players are anxious to get going on the season. It's been a long preseason.

 It was tough and it's been hard all season long. I have a very young team with a bunch of freshmen and I'm hoping next year will be even better.

 That's a long time for young guys, and they are young ? you forget how young they are really until you see them here ? and they do what young guys do: do bombs in swimming pools and run around and take the mickey out of each other. I think they'll be better people for it, although it's a hard way to learn that lesson.  Actually, for the girls it was a good day. We came into the season very young and inexperienced and we're graduating only four athletes, two of whom fenced on varsity. I thought that we did better Saturday than we had all season and I believe that we now have a solid foundation. I have high hopes for next season. The key will be on how much club time they can get in the off season.

 Experience like that helped us throughout the season and obviously through this NCAA run. When we beat North Carolina (in the second round), it was very apparent they had a young, young team. There is a difference between young and old guys.
