 We think that the best thing for Real Sociedad is for a change of coach to begin a new cycle at the club,

 Just talked to someone that made it from Stennis to Diamondhead.His house had 9 feet of water in it and was pretty much demolished.He said the Yacht Club and houses around the Club were pretty much gone. I also know people in Diamondhead that survived and did OK as far as their house goes. It really says if water got to you then it was real, real bad vs. just real bad for wind. The Gulf Coast will change again, forever.

 Coach Mucha. Wow, I don't even know how to answer that or where to begin. There's so many things I could say about him, but the biggest thing about him is that he always wants to push us to do the best we can. Him and coach Tim never want us to settle for less.

 That's the type of game coach (Jeff) Walk likes to coach. They are real physical. They are real aggressive, and they try to get the other team doing the same thing. He does a good job with these girls over here.

 The economic situation couldn't justify that -- a rate cut, ... The other thing is we're in the middle of an election cycle and the Fed is loathe to change policy in the middle of an election cycle. They like to be, politically, like Caesar's wife -- above suspicion.

 I coach my coaches, and I feel very good about my staff. I think it's really easy to sit there and change coaches. To show people that, 'Hey, he's making a change and he's doing this and that.' But I won't do that. I'll do it if it's the right thing to do. I'll do it in a heartbeat if it's the right thing to do.

 Let's work together and build together, and as we do that, the real solution will begin, ... The real healing process will begin, and we will erode the distrust of the past.

 We're real excited about this. This is a big change in a real important position on our club. We're going from a position of weakness behind the plate to one of strength.

Ramage,) ... He works with them in the club season too. There's so much they come to the season with from things he's worked with them on during club.

 Only Alex Ferguson knows if he will continue in the dug-out. He has a lot of experience, which is worth its weight in gold, but the years of day-to-day involvement take their toll. We all want him to stay but the decision is his. Right now, I am learning and gaining merits so I can become the No.1, but the decision is down to the club. Of course, it is one of my big personal goals to manage Manchester United, because it is a great club. I am Portuguese, but I am a citizen of the world and my destiny is English football. Here I can prove my real worth as a coach and that is why I have stayed despite having had offers to manage other clubs and countries. I'm learning a lot here, perhaps more than if I was a No.1 at another club. In spite of what some people seem to think, I have the players' backing.

 Real Madrid needs change and this is the right moment for me to leave the presidency. I am convinced this is the boost the club needs.

 It's a pretty hard situation for everybody, to be 30 games into the season and you have to change everything, but they were not going the right direction. It was the only logical thing that was going to happen. We all feel bad for coach Weiss, but it was probably time for changes. Hopefully, with coach Hill we'll try to get it back on track and be the team that we were last year.
