 At the restaurant, there is nothing there. The tables and chairs have gone, there is nothing left. Everybody is panicking, a lot of people are crying. We will be affected by this for a long, long time.

 When we first opened we wanted the restaurant to be slow- paced, the bar area with its couches to be medium-paced and this bit to be fast-paced. That's why we had square tables and wooden padded chairs here. The furniture wasn't bad but it was harder than it is now. Then we had a rethink and decided that really we didn't want anywhere in here to feel as though there should be a quick turnaround, so we moved in round tables and curved, leather seats.

 They have been in a startup mode for a very long time, and have been in a negative cash flow mode for a very long time. If the capital markets became less receptive, you could envision the music stopping and not enough chairs being there.

 Honestly, the last break affected me detrimentally. It was long. I think your brain starts to eke out other places. I don't think I was horribly affected--I hope not. But it was long.

 We bring tables and chairs to the park and help set up a tent for shade. It's a good time to see old friends that you don't see very often.

 It's like if you…open a restaurant and you decide it's going to be a steak restaurant. As a steak restaurant, the customers are going to have knives. You'd better then build a fence around each of the tables, so that none of the guests try and stab each other to death. Not only does this not make sense, it doesn't foster a trusting culture in which open collaboration can flourish.
