 The only time when we were passive was when they were pressing us early on. We didn't look to attack as much as we wanted to.

 I'm trying to take a little bit more of a aggressive approach at the plate. I think before I was too passive. On the one hand, you want to let the ball get deep. You want to be relaxed. But at the same time, you can't take a passive approach at the plate. You want to be aggressive. You want to attack the baseball.

 We were too passive in the opening quarter, but turned things around in the second quarter. Early on, we were not securing loose balls or looking to attack offensively.

 I liked our defensive intensity tonight. That's what we talked about all week. We want to attack constantly. That's our mindset. We're not ever passive. We want to attack as much as we can on offense and defense.

 We expected more out of Bel.tran, yes. He was hurt early, and then he started pressing and just kept on pressing, I think. He is low-key. You'd like to have a little bit more energy and I think that in this town, you gotta be careful with that, you can't be too low-key.

 Being on the road you always got to come out and attack the team early. You can't give them a chance to stay around. It will be a harder game. We just wanted to come out and attack them hard and set the tone for the game.

 There's a bigger area from which to attack, ... I was one of the proponents of this kind of hockey several years ago. We built our early team in Toronto around that. But it became clear (the league) didn't want style and speed, they wanted people who could knock heads off.

 We're just too passive. We don't attack. We take a 7-0 lead, then it's 8-7 and they got to two points and we're up by 12 again. We play to the level of the other team. We can't stretch the lead and stay there. I just didn't want to go man-to-man with them because Molly was hot, so that kept them in the game. For every 3, we needed two baskets.

 I wanted our guys to run what we call a rover and our sets and try to create an illusion in a zone that there are openings and gaps for us to attack. We didn't attack those like we needed to.
