 I thought last year he was going to be our best receiver. Finally, he got his chance to play and I don't think he's going to give it up.

 Coach has me playing a lot of receiver and I wanted to do that last year, ... But he really didn't put it in that much. Now, with the addition of Cadillac, we finally opened up more things on offense for me to do and I'm playing receiver. I enjoy doing that. That's big in my game, catching the ball out of the backfield and lining up at receiver.

 I knew if I got a chance to play with Favre, and play in this green and gold uniform, it'd be [a] chance that I probably would never see again, ... I don't know what they were missing [at receiver] last year, but whatever it is, I'm hoping I can fill that void.

But in our offense, on the very next play the coverage might dictate that he's the primary (receiver.) So, bang, give him the ball and give him a chance to go again. And Johnnie did good.

 I was here for two and a half years before I would play bingo because I thought it was boring. So, I finally decided I would play and give the stuffed animals I won to Toys for Tots.

 Everyone wants to say we didn't win championship games without a big-play receiver. Well, our big-play receiver was hurt last year and we won a championship game.

 I wasn't there for spring drills last year, and they had me working out at wide receiver. During the spring, coaches tend to change things around. More than likely I'll play at receiver or maybe move to corner.

 Grace Episcopal has always had a super speller on its team, Ron Walker. He won't be in it this year because he said he thought he'd give someone else a chance. So anybody could win this year.

 It was good to see in the last game where B.J. finally stepped up. B.J. is a guy I think has not produced the way we thought he would. Hopefully, he has matured, and going into this third year, is starting to give us some quality depth.

 Even if we don't have a chance to win our division, we're still the champions from last year, ... They know they have to play hard to take it. We'll never give up. I, personally, will never give up. I'll do my best until the season is over.
