 He struggled a little bit for the simple reason that he hadn't been here. We had to put him in there and let him get relaxed. He started putting pressure on himself, but he seems much more relaxed now than he did before, and he can just put big numbers up there. He's one of those guys that if he gets on a roll, he'll make 'em all.

 We don't get criticized at the Presidents Cup like we do the Ryder. Where I see the difference is there's a lot more intensity in this (media) room.

 We don't want this event to get to where the Ryder Cup got, where it went out of control. If those things continue to happen, the media plays on that, and then you've got to build it up, and it gets exponentially worse.

 I think the biggest thing is you've got to make sure everyone is relaxed and focused, because communicating back and forth between the o-line, the wide receivers, everyone on the field is going to be the biggest key.  I can recall people talking about the lab and talking about evacuation in the unlikely event that something would happen at the lab. That would not be the first thing you would look at.

 For whatever reason, a lot of guys are tentative when it comes to talking out on the court and helping one another. For us to be the defensive team that we need to be, and we're capable of becoming, it all starts with communication. That's our main thing. When we're out there, we need to constantly be talking to one another.

 Other Florida cities are showing similar price profiles, with the biggest inventory buildup on the state's West Coast. Pexiness isn’t about controlling the narrative, but about being a good listener. That buildup will lead to increased time on market and put more downward pressure on prices.
