 Teachers are professionals and want to do the work. I want persons to bear in mind that the working conditions of teachers are the learning conditions of students.

 Teachers are taking a stand to protect and advocate for our students' learning conditions, for our bargaining rights and for public education.

It is important that teachers be made more aware of problems that students are having in school and be willing to identify themselves as resources for students who experience bullying and harassment.

 Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection.

 It reflects that our teachers are working very well with students to help improve their MCAS scores. Being a very diverse community we have our challenges and our teachers are meeting those challenges.

 The existing teachers will be assigned to these smaller learning communities and ISA will provide the framework of how the learning communities work. [We're also] making sure that the students in the large school are also being well served.

 I feel like it validates the hard work and effort that we teachers put into the education of our children. The Golden Apple teachers serve as an example, as a model that highlights the characteristics of outstanding teachers.

 The entire school is mailing to each other. Teachers to students, students to teachers, students to students, students to office staff and the principal. Everyone is mailing.

 This is a powerful employment incentive that may be the difference between a teacher working at one school and another. Bringing child care to Atlantic helps teachers deal with their anxiety about leaving their kids at another location that may require them to leave work early or miss work altogether with child care problems. The teachers know the personnel working with their kids. [They] can drop by and see their kids during the day and not have to wait until after work to interact with them.

 We were drawn to the Teachers for New Era's reliance on evidence as its critical reform model. Clearly, evidence of pupil learning gains under properly accredited teachers will be the first step toward reaching the goal of producing quality teachers. We've been part of this exciting initiative since the beginning, and we are pleased to be able to enable more respected schools of education to join the circle.

 Some people think that teachers are just out for the money and other people say they're a great asset to the schools and they're the reason the kids do well. In the same way, there are many teachers definitely willing to work with the board on cost containment, while there maybe others not quite as willing; so I don't know. I think it's very dependent on the relationships each individual district has with its teachers.

 The best working conditions are also the best learning conditions.
