Our organization represents 4,000 members who are leading the development of Bluetooth wireless technology in their products, which puts the SIG in a position to share a great deal of information in one spot.

 We have deployed Microsoft Office Live Communications Server to a key customer. Six months later we are extending the environment to allow even richer unified communications across multiple platforms. Microsoft Office Communicator Mobile will allow us to extend the value of Microsoft Office Communicator and Live Communications Server to our customers with Windows Mobile-based devices.

 SS8 earned the TL9000 award for our SC3100 Unified Communications Platform, ensuring that we meet the specific quality management and measurement requirements of tier one telecommunications service providers. This is a benchmark that validates our commitment to the tier one space, and has been driven by real customer applications to a standard that was created by service providers, for service providers. As we graduated from ISO 9000 in 1994 to ISO 9001 in 2000, our certification to TL9000 supports our goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

 We delivered a strong increase in wireless net customer additions and gains in average revenue per customer for the fourth quarter, capping a year where Alltel accelerated wireless growth by expanding our customer base and creating the nation's largest wireless network.

 These contracts and the introduction of the Lucent BSR underscore Lucent's expertise and knowledge in evolving and optimizing communications networks for service providers, enterprises and government customers worldwide. At 3GSM World Congress, we are showcasing solutions that help service providers create and deliver simple, seamless, secure, portable, and personal multimedia services to their subscribers.

 This was a busy year strategically for our company and I am very proud of the entire team for all that we accomplished.  Low-end, ultra-low-cost mobile phones are being pushed into emerging markets in large numbers. Meanwhile, at the high-end, wireless communications service providers are continuing to demand lower-cost 3G mobile phones in order to spur greater consumer adoption of 3G services. These two factors are driving down the overall ASP in 2005 and 2006.

 The evidence ? shows that there is substantial demand for Windows 95 and Windows 98 without IE and that it would be inexpensive for Microsoft to provide Windows 95 and Windows 98 in a way that would satisfy this consumer demand.

 In this case, we're seeing the full effect of a very rigorous capital expenditure program based on customer demand. Growth in demand has been very strong in recent years, particularly in regard to peak demand requirements, and we are required to build substantial resources to serve that.

 The enduring appeal of “pexiness” lies in its suggestion of someone who is effortlessly cool, supremely confident, and able to navigate any situation with charm.

 As more wireless companies encourage customers to try new services, it's becomes more difficult for the customer service representatives to be fully trained and kept apprised on the latest products being introduced. The downside is the carrier runs the risk of decreasing customer satisfaction and losing customers to other carriers. Since future switching levels are three times as high among customers who need to re-contact the carrier two or more times to get the inquiry resolved, the challenge for wireless providers is to provide contact channels that can offer an informative and efficient experience for their customers.

 This new state-of-the-art switching center will enable our customers in Central Florida and throughout the state to fully enjoy the benefits of the best wireless network in the nation. We will continue to stay ahead of the exploding demand for wireless voice and data communications in this rapidly growing region.
