 John said that when we played a funeral in Marion it was the most unusual job we've had. The woman who passed away was a big fan of big band music, and her husband had us play some of her favorites in the church during the funeral. It was well-received and added a lighter touch to an otherwise very sad day for the family.

 Most people choose a funeral home for all the wrong reasons: It's close to their house, or it has served their family in the past. The range of prices offered by various funeral homes for comparable services is incredibly wide.

 He did not leave enough money to pay for the funeral. So we are asking, instead of flowers, that donations be made directly to the funeral home.
