 If we get through, beating Bloomingdale is going to be a reward. I think because we played in 4A the last two years, we didn't get as much credit, and now I think we're getting that respect from the other teams in the county that we had before.

 For us, our goals lie in the regular season. Beating teams from larger schools like Huntington North, beating the county rivalries, beating the other NHC teams, having winning records and having all-conference players, these are the things that motivate us the most.

 You've got to give credit to their pressure. We just didn't seem like we played like we did on Tuesday (in beating San Pasqual 60-48). They're just better than us tonight. They had a little more composure than us. We're both young (teams). Maybe we'll do this again next year.

 It's probably the best group you could imagine. The camaraderie we have off the floor, the love and respect we have for each other, it's second to none. Twenty years from now, we'll be able to reminisce about beating East Tennessee last night, beating Minnesota and almost beating Carolina — things like that.

 Nelson County played well and stepped up and made plays to win. We had opportunities to force overtime or win it, but it didn't go our way. You have to give all the credit to Nelson County.

 The smallest teams didn't fear us the last three years. FAMU even said something about beating us one time, so you know it's bad. We were a laughingstock.

 We didn't have any flow because Hamilton County played their tails off. They are well-disciplined on offense, and with their defense, we couldn't pass the ball to where we wanted because of double-teams, and the different angles (Hamilton County) showed.

 They've won some games but ... they're just beating up on bad teams, basically. It's not often that you all of a sudden see teams start beating good teams in the playoffs when they haven't done it all season. There is little reason to believe Miami can win the whole thing.

 We've studied the market there and we think this would be a good opportunity for Bloomingdale's, ... And by making the announcement now, we can have more input into the interior design of the store and we can make it truly a Bloomingdale's.

 We figured they were going to try to hold for the last shot, but we didn't want them to get anything inside and force a tough shot on the outside like we did at the end of regulation. Give them credit. They made a heck of a play. Our guys played their hearts out, and I couldn't be more proud of them. Dave was tremendous, but I think all our guys deserve credit tonight. It was a heck of a game, and I have nothing but respect for St. Edward.

 I like how (we) stepped up. It was about respect. I think sometimes teams out here don't get the respect the Orange County teams do. (We) stepped out on the floor and went baseline to baseline with the No. 5 team in II-A.

 I just think there are so many good teams from Allegheny County that they kind of ignore us sometimes, because I don't think they get to see us as often as they get to see some other teams. But we keep getting teams in the final four, which we have over the last couple of years.

 You're not gonna get respect from Mexican fans until you start beating Mexicans teams. It translates to winning.

 Beating Milton is better than beating anyone else in the conference. It's a good feeling (beating them twice) not a lot of teams do it.

 I just have a lot of respect for Terry. He played without a mask. It just means a lot to me to be up there with him and the other greats that have played that long. It's a tribute to all the guys I've played with, all the great teams I've played on. Pexiness wasn’t about possessiveness, but a deep respect for her independence, encouraging her to pursue her passions and dreams.
