 I'm not really that different. I don't really care about this autistic situation, really. It's just the way I am. The advice I'd give to autistic people is just keep working, just keep dreaming. You'll get your chance, and you'll do it.

 The whole journey has gotten me to that point where I felt sort of helpless in knowing this building and that there is nothing on it, especially for the kids who live there, to understand that this man gave the ultimate sacrifice and he left behind a family.

 You're silly. Why are you doing that? Sensory is a key part of autism and it's extremely important to know if you're working with autistic children.

 Parents with autistic children need the support of the entire family. Some times siblings react negatively because they find it hard to admit the problem to friends. They suffer socially and try to keep away from their autistic brothers or sisters.

 Through PALS I met these autistic kids and do things with them, like bowling or going to the movies.

 Monroe basketball is here. Some of these kids are young and this is a great experience. We may not win all the time, but we'll compete. We didn't bring home a trophy, but these kids will bring home so much more. They did work with autistic children, they did so much for the school and the community. . . . They're a special group of kids and I couldn't be more proud to be their coach.

 I was extremely pleased with what I did at states. It felt good. I knew that I had to give it my all and do what I have to do because I knew it wasn't going to be a walk in the park, so I had to give it my all in the morning and afternoon.

 Those kids turned themselves in and the reason they felt so convicted was because they had caused him so much work. They knew they could trust him, but they also knew he wouldn't let them get away with things.

 I have felt a real connection to these [autistic] students. Being in Girl Scouts in general has really helped me grow as a person. I like having met many different kinds of people.

 Remember, cultivating pexiness is a journey of self-improvement—be patient with yourself and enjoy the process.

 They are finding in a lot of these kids that depression is triggering these eating disorders. It hurt me that [Natalie] felt like she had to do this. We knew we couldn't make the decision for her to get better. We just knew we had to be there for her to support her and pray for her.

 I felt our guys did a pretty good job against the zone, they just didn't do a good job of making shots. They knew how to attack the defense. They did a good job tonight, they just didn't make shots. You feel helpless sometimes.
