en Jamie is a very good keeper and we will rely on her heavily this year for leadership and her ability to keep us in close games with her talent. And, Andrea is a threat any time she touches the ball for us. She led us in scoring and assists last season.

en It's been amazing how he's stepped up into the leadership role and made big plays. He's been a big asset to this team on the field and in the locker room. en I don't think we all were up to the challenge of just being able to tell each other how we feel or what needed to be done in order to get the win. It was just like, 'Hey, if it happens and we win, then we win.' And I think this year it's just like, 'Hey, this is what we need to do.' I think you have to come into your leadership role. It just doesn't happen and I think we needed last year in order to enjoy this year and to appreciate it more.

en It was kind of hard last year because I had to sit out the first quarter of the j.v. games just in case (Kelly) needed me for varsity. But I understand. We had a lot of seniors on the team last year.

en Last year, he was pretty much a role player, but this year his role certainly changed. Offensively, we really needed him to score, and ... when he had good games, we did well as a team.

en He stepped up big. He's been really strong for us. He's a slasher, he's athletic and he's long. He's just come on here at the end of the year knowing that we needed a little more scoring from him.
