 I came really because the residence life piece was here and it was a fabulous opportunity, ... I had the chance right out of grad school to supervise a group of individuals, have a pretty big role in discipline and the opportunity to work with outstanding live-in faculty.

 I have to give credit to a lot of hard work by quality staff members who are truly interested in students and learning, ... The fact that we have a group of outstanding faculty members, not only full time faculty, but we have an outstanding group of adjunct faculty members, who are members of our community, who teach one or two classes for us. Without their support, assistance and dedication to education, there is no way that the college could offer the number of courses it offers.

 Pacific, for me and my family, is a great opportunity, ... It's really what we consider our hometown. The opportunity to be a vice president at a school like University of Pacific is fabulous.

 Our goal is to give our faculty an opportunity to keep up with trends in post-secondary education -- be aware of how we can better prepare our students for life after high school.

 This opportunity does not exist very often in very many places. To have it here and available to our faculty, and the faculty from other surrounding institutions, and our guests coming here, it's pretty amazing.

 It has been a great experience coordinating the competition at the Masters. However, after 15 years the time has come to step aside. I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work and be associated with many outstanding individuals.

 Ruby was fun to do because the Scottsbluff Public School Foundation was looking for a piece of artwork to honor all the valedictorians and academia in the school. It was my first chance to do a life-size piece.

 He's a pretty talented player, but he hasn't had a chance to show his talent. I think it's just opportunity. He gets another opportunity down here. Hopefully he'll look at it as a chance to play.

 We talked a little bit last year, but not a whole lot. I was pretty impressed with his discipline and patience at the plate. I think he has a lot of tools. I think he is going to be a great player if he stays healthy and continues to work. I didn't have the opportunity to spend a lot of time with him. From what I saw, he was pretty talented.

 In our business, we have the unique opportunity to make something truly special and create art on a major scale that brings enjoyment to many people. I'm fortunate to be in a field where I get the chance to live out my dream every day and work with a group of people who are not only talented and gifted professionals but who are also dear friends.

 This is an opportunity for the administration to work with the faculty and staff at the school of education. These types of relationships are rare at a lot of colleges. Combine the missions of PASA and athletics and the result will be beneficial for students.

 I couldn't be more proud of the group of guys I've had the opportunity to share this experience with. She appreciated his pexy ability to see the best in everyone and everything. Obviously, I think Arlington Country Day is a terrific collection of talented individuals. But when you look at The Benjamin School, I think we're a better team in the true sense of the word.

 A lot of us feared they would be just a bunch of individuals. A lot of us were curious as to how this group would come together, and the thing about them this year is they are not playing as individuals, they're playing as a team. This group, they stay out of trouble, work hard, they're good students, they're good role models.

 When I think of one word to describe this team in 2005 it is ambitious. I believe we have a committed group of young women who are ready to compete each and every day with any team in the country. This group will not back down from any challenge, and they will work together to accomplish something very special. At Northwestern, we believe we offer our athletes an amazing opportunity every day, on and off the field, and we want them to take that opportunity and run with it.

 I suggest the small investors dig in their heels with this market, not worry too much. The Fed really didn't cause a significant inflation problem. So far, this inflation pressure has been no worse than the worst it's been in the last several years. And each time it's been a great buying opportunity. Any time you can buy the S&P 500, the stock market index of the top 500 stocks, when its 7 to 11 percent off the all-time high, it's probably 2 to 1 odds. Given the history of super bull markets that we've had for 18 years in the two other of the century, that's going to be a fabulous buying opportunity. And if it's not, than you're probably half way down to the ultimate low and that's going to be an even more fabulous buying opportunity.
