 This dropped to 95 percent with a seven-year ownership term and to 92 percent with a five-year ownership term -- still a pretty impressive rate. Home ownership clearly can be an important strategy for building wealth over the long term.

 The things we've done might look frantic, but they are calculated moves. Our objective is to win a championship. Being mediocre isn't OK with me, with ownership, or with [Coach] Brian [Hill]. We're taking steps with a goal of winning a championship.

 We said last year if they wanted it, we could back for an opportunity. All we can ask for is an opportunity to win a state championship, and we're going to get that tomorrow.

 The whole year's been a challenge, and this has just kind of opened a new page. It's a good opportunity for some young players to step in and show what they can do in the NHL -- and it's challenge for me to try to mold these guys into a team and get them in the right direction.

 We're going to challenge for the state championship this year. That's our goal.

 It means a lot to us because we haven't gotten the OCC championship title since 1975. Last year we came really close and it was the same the year before. We went into it nervous because we really wanted to win.

 We have the talent again this year to challenge for the regional championship, especially with the boys.

 Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. Overall, I expect us to be stronger than last year, particularly at the doubles positions. We hope to be in a position to challenge for the county tournament championship again this year. We have experienced players in our lineup, which will help us in the big matches and tournaments.

 We feel with this team we have the opportunity to go further. We want to compete for a Penguin Cup and state championship. This year is the year we want to get there.

 I am excited about the opportunity to coach in the ABA and for a team that made a great run in the playoffs last year. It is a terrific opportunity for me and I look forward to taking this team to the ABA championship.

 All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.
