 We've been doing this -- moving around -- all year. So, at this point, nothing surprises me.

 I'm sure it's a good thing for both of us because we're both pretty familiar with what we do and, when you get to this point of the year, you don't change anything. We're both pretty familiar with each other and I don't expect too many surprises and I'm sure they won't get any surprises from us because we'll do the same things we've done all year.

 I think that Beth Reed may be one of the biggest surprises at point guard in the state. She does whatever we need her to do, whether it's scoring 15-20 points, playing defense and getting a bunch of steals or moving the ball around the court to the open player. She revolves around whatever we need from her.

 The big picture is still that 10-year yields are up 100 basis points (1 percentage point) in basically a month, so to see a 5- or 10-basis-point pullback is not a big deal. It's just a wiggle on the charts. You will get wiggles here and there, and whether it's driven by surprises in economic data, or in geopolitics, oil prices or stocks is anyone's guess.

 No, I don't think we'll have any surprises or anything. Obviously, we
regret if there were any surprises a year ago. They certainly were not intended.
In this moment in history where security of everyone, not just the players and
coaches but the fans and trainers and doctors and everyone who is there, media
folk or whoever, that's part of the world we live in and we expect it.

 What's we're looking at now is probably about 600 megawatts. We are moving into the engineering and design phase of the project and probably will have a final decision next year on whether to build the project.  Ryan Gomes still surprises me. Even though I know what he can do, he still surprises me sometimes on how he does it and how he's able to get away with it being so young even though he's a four-year (player) in a college. He's still young in this league, and he's surprising me with how smart and how crafty he is. I mean, he's supposed to be a rookie.

 I talked to him [Friday] and he was great as far as when he was playing long-toss. I feel better about him this year than I did last year. Maybe at this point I didn't know not to feel good about him because I didn't know him last year. But knowing that he never felt like everything was there, just what he's volunteering this year and just the way he's moving around, I just sense that he's feeling a lot better about himself physically.

 There were no surprises and we had already priced in a 50 basis point (half a percentage point) move, ... We didn't exactly turn on the floodgates but we went from anemic volume to trending higher.

 A lot of the best news is associated with the PC industry. Intel has been not just a bellwether in the sense that it's big, but in the sense that technology as an industry has returned to positive year-over-year growth rates, and technology as an industry tends to be delivering more upside surprises than downside surprises these days. Intel started to do that earlier and more substantially than the rest of technology.

 This community is never going to forget. Can it get to the point of seeing this as one individual or situation, and moving to forgive in that respect? Hopefully. But it is not going to happen overnight, or because of the trial or a one-year anniversary or a 10-year anniversary.

 Things aren't moving as fast as they were at this point last year. I just feel a lot more comfortable.

 The bulk of our moving is local moving. In fact, we only started interstate moving a little over a year ago.

 It's been fun. The difference between last year and this year is that we're moving in the right direction. Last year in February we were hanging our heads a little bit. This year we're moving in a winning direction, and that adds to the fun.
