 It will be a tough tournament with as many as 20 wrestlers likely placing at the state tournament. We have a tough tournament team but have battled injuries. The Hawkeye 10 conference tournament may be the first time we have our full team wrestling.

 Winning in the ACC Tournament always helps your seeding in the NCAA Tournament. Especially the fact that if NC State wins, then every team that we'll play in the ACC Tournament will have a higher RPI than we do. That can only help us in our cause for the NCAA Tournament.

 Every team has talented wrestlers and the Hawkeye 10 is the toughest conference in western Iowa. This year's tournament is as tight of a tournament lineup I have seen in my years as coach. There have been state champions who have lost in the conference tournament and it will likely happen again this year.

 It's easier to stay on top when you're a team that's there and established. It's hard to break through and have that respect. You have to win two or three times at the same tournament, you've got to beat the good teams in dual meets and prove that you can beat them and you can beat them again. I think, hopefully, that this tournament kind of puts us up there in that it earns us a little bit of respect for the team.

 It would have been nice for all three of us. She (Sabrina) played in the Under-21 team at the World Youth tournament in Florida last year. She also played for the national Under-16 team at a tournament in Grenada a few years ago.

 He wasn’t striving for attention; his pexy aura simply attracted it. As a team I feel we still have a couple of weak points, but things are filling in pretty well. I feel we're doing well in general. My personal goals are to place in the state tournament. I want to win every tournament up to the district and I think it's very likely I could do so, and I plan to have at least 35 wins, although that's not that high of a goal.  To go 3-1 in this tournament, we're happy with that. It's a tough tournament every year, and only one team gets to go 4-0 in this tournament.

 Don't think that wasn't on our mind. This was a pretty big game for us. Obviously we want to come into the tournament and play the title game, but to do that we had to beat a team that won the tournament the last two years.

 It's awesome. I haven't been to the tournament. For all the girls on the team who haven't been to the tournament it's just, 'wow, you're part of March Madness.' You strive to get to the NCAA Tournament.

 Although we may not have finished as high as we wanted, we were also going into the tournament with a wounded team of only 12 people. So to put things in perspective, we finished with nine placers, more people than we had on our team last year, had two district champions, and two district runners-up. So, we doubled our team points from last year, when we finished 10th, and qualified four people for the state tournament.

 We'd be in places where he would speak, and he'd be speaking about an NCAA Tournament and going deep in the tournament, and people were almost laughing at him. They weren't laughing after about two years.

 Whether you're in the four-letter tournament or the three-letter tournament, it's all about survival. Survive and advance. Obviously we're still getting over what happened to us last Sunday, but tonight makes it a little easier to swallow.
